BAPTISM REGISTRATION

Sacrament of Baptism for Infants

Baptism for infants (up to age seven) is celebrated twice a year. Please check the church bulletin or contact the office for upcoming dates.
A mandatory briefing for Godparents will be held one week prior to the celebration. Registration must be completed at the parish office one month before the Godparents’ briefing.

Sacrament of Baptism for Children (Rite of Christian Initiation of Children)

Children aged 8 to 16 are required to attend sessions over the course of one year. Sessions are held in the St Agnes Room on Sundays from 9:00 am to 9:50 am. Registration opens one week after Easter Sunday and remains available until the end of the following month. 

Sacrament of Baptism for Adults (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)

Candidates aged 17 and above are required to attend an 18-month programme. Sessions are held in the St Matthew Room on Thursdays from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Registration is open during January and February.

3. Parents’ Sacrament of Matrimony certificate
4. Godparent’s Sacrament of Confirmation certificate

SACRAMENT OF MATRIMONY

Couples are required to attend a Pre-Marriage Course and later make an appointment at the parish office for an interview with the priest. For further details, please consult our weekly bulletin or contact the parish office directly.

6. Pre-Marriage Course Certificate
7. Witness Identity Card
8. Witness Marriage Certificate.
9. Two passport-sized photographs
10. JPN Marriage Certificate (if already civilly married)
11. Status Liber (Letter of Freedom to marry, to obtain from the origin parish where you have been baptised.)
12. Church Contribution of RM100.00 (includes Matrimony Certificate)

FUNERAL MASS ARRANGEMENTS

Required Documents

1. Copy of Deceased’s Identity Card
2. Copy of Deceased’s Baptism Certificate
3. Copy of Death Certificate/Police Report
4. Copy of Deceased’s Church Marriage
